Q:

Mad Dog vs. Wokgard?

Anyone used both? I have a Wokgard on my Condor with a Hogue grip and its my favorite upgrade (Along with Tony’s shroud). I picked up another Talon SS here locally last night and am considering the Mad Dog before I commit to another Wokgard. After shooting with the Wokgard, I just can’t stand the stock grip since it feels so cheap and uncomfortable.

Thanks all. I think a Mad Dog may be in order.

I have both and they are both on TSS’s. I love the feel of the Maddog stock and prefer it over the Wokguard. Not to say that I don’t like the Wok, but it is basically an upgrade to make your Af rifle a little less cheap. The Maddog stock makes your AF rifle feel like a rifle .. not a clunky piece of metal with a bottle hanging off the back. way easier to throw around while shooting offhand.

I have both.

The Maddog on a 25 Condor, and a WOK on a Airarcher.

I have had the WOK guard for a year or more, and I can not get used to the stock one after having it.

I recently got the short Maddog stock, I have a canted ETAC so the full Maddog stock, what ever model that is, will not work for me.

I do find that the Maddog stock does seem to resist frame flex better if not entirely.
