Maddog Ultima Stock Silencing Pad (Cheap)
I’ve had a couple of times that my stock elevation device has been noisy. Last night after dinner when I pushed my chair up I realized the cure. The little pad that goes on the bottom of the chair leg from Walmart. I had planned to use the soft side of velcro, but realized it would not last long. Not a problem here.

Doug at MadDog has pads for these feet, my BR stock came with them
Good idea for those who need to cover the bottom of their screw out nut so it is more quiet . I made my own with a larger rubber o-ring so when I
unscrew mine from the bottom I have no metal surfaces touching anything except for the rubber o-ring .
