made an insert over the weekend

made an insert for my ss over the weekend just thought i would share some pics

How big is your lathe? Mines a Chinese Mini lathe – Not many things I hate more than changing those chuck teeth !!

Thats good yelz,

I thought of making an extension, but that would have require turning down stock and the only peice larger than 1″ OD I had was 1.5″ – too much work for my liking.

How hard or easy is it to do something like that when you have the proper tools?

thanks it turned out ok i f’ed up a few little thing but you can’t see them because they are in the frame of the gun but it does work very well
