Make your own custom grip

Where did you get the thing also, have looked around local and cant find it. just the sight that condor bob put up.
I got them from fastcap (linked in the first post) They were on sale. I think I got 4 for $20. To do what you are describing, I think you’d need to attach something to the grip first then wrap this around it. Once heated it’s pretty soft. I’d reccomend 2 anyway… do one right after you mess up the first one 😳
The one you see wrapped around my grip was a 5×5 version.
Hello. Hey bean do you think that i need to get two of them. i want to do a grip with a palm pad that come out and hugs the bottom of your hand.and with finger grooves and covers the whole grip to the top so as to look like a one piece grip not a grip with something added.

Would have looked much better it I had followed my own trimming instructions. This was cut blind before heating/installing.
I’ve used it and posted a couple pics. It worked well. After time it did seperate from the grip. You could feel it shift around a bit so I peeled it off, reheated and reapplied.
Be warned – it’s to big for the grip so you will need to trim it or fold the excess into the hollow end of the grip. I suggest a combination of the 2. Trim a little before heating, test fit while the water is still hot, trim a little more where needed, reheat, fit it with any excess at the bottom then fold it into the hollow end.
This is pretty cool i think i will try it.
