Q:

Matador Synthetic, any plans?

Are they any plans to release a synthetic version of the Edgun Matador?
I think it would be a nice addition to the Edgun family. 🙂
I’m sure many people have a preference for synthetic, although not as pretty, but nevertheless more durable and probably a bit cheaper too.

My Cricket synthetic is quite heavy. That’s ok with me because I am a benchrest type of shooter

I first read this “My Cr. synt. is quite heavy. That´s ok since i´m a benchpress type of shooter..” 😀 Little bragging newer hurts nevertheless…

One has to be very careful with a synthetic stock. My Cricket synthetic is quite heavy. That’s ok with me because I am a benchrest type of shooter and weight merely makes my platform more stable.

Still, a buyer should consider what his/her shooting needs are. I would hate to tote my 13.5 lb. Cricket around the mountain woods for several hours.

Uncle Hoot, I thought your synthetic cal 25 Cricket is lighter than 13lbs. Perhaps it is because of the scope and accessories like bipod, flashlights, etc that combine for the nearly 14 lbs?
