Measurements of some o’rings
Hi….Please, i would like to know the correct size of this o’ring of the AirForce 1/4″ male BSPP Adapter:
And, again the correct size of the o’ring of the CO2 Fill Stations:
I need to buy those o’rings but i don’t know their reference 😥

That CO2 connection seals with a Delrin disk IIRC.

JK, go to any of the online O ring sources like http://www.oringswest.com/
and they have application charts which show you the common O ring sizes. If you don’t have a micrometer, they are cheap, around $15 at harbor freight and you’ll need one eventually anyway if you plan to do much shooting. This won’t be the last part you’ll have to buy or check. O rings have a certain tolerance built into them, but the correct size shouldn’t be too hard to find. Measure your grooves. Or, you can just buy an assortment so you don’t have to keep running to the store; I bought one off ebay for around $12 and it had hundreds.

I was looking for that same o-ring number about a week ago, I think this is the one you need for your AirForce adapter:
AS568A-2-119 (this is one size larger than the one I bought, which seems a bit small).
For the CO2 fill station, I don’t know SORRY!!
Call Airforce for the oring size for the adapter.
As for the other one go to a paintball shop and see if they have the fill set up and orings.

I don’t have the measurements/specs on those orings but a suggestion 😕
Take your equipment/old orings to a local auto or commercial / industrail hardware supply, buy “air” compressor orings not the “water” plumbing type. Plumbing orings may absorb co2 swell and self destruct.
Have them to measure and or compare/match/size up to your old orings.
I eye balled my last orings and they have worked fine so far 😕

That fitting should be a CGA 320 and so it requires a sealing washer
it is Teflon instead of Delrin. I have used delrin in the past.
