Modding my hammer?
hey, is there anything I can do to add weight to the stock TSS hammer to make it strike my blodnob valve harder without having to buy a new hammer?

“machine washers” from the local hardware store. 1″ od x 5/8″ id, placed between the spring and hammer. Get a half dozen and try them in different numbers to get best/most consistent performance. Allows trying multiple weight “hammers” with minimal expense. When you get performance the way you want, then weigh the hammer and added washers to be able to order a hammer of optimum weight for your setup and know it will be right.
