Moderator big bore

I modified my 2nd Condor to .416 cal, really amazing!!!. I used the same airforce style moderator (3 K baffles, 0.5″ central hole), but sound is still there (really noisy), is there a secret around there? I´m using Lee´s .41 210 gr bullets, 3000 psi, ported valve.
