Q:

Money

Anyone here making money with their AirFoce rifle?

So far I made $35 by shooting Muskrats out of a pound and $40 for shooting Ground Hogs out of a Cemetery.

Not making a living with it but it is nice to get paid for something you love to do.

TJ
Ps…. Please don’t tell them I would have done it for free!!!!!

My neighbor tried to hand me $25 for killing the ground squirrels that were ruining his garden shed.

Instead I accepted the handshake offer to hunt on his property anytime.

That led to me being the go-to guy for pest control in my neighborhood.

Hunting ground is priceless, so yea I consider I made plenty.

The Cemetery was the same way, No one could see hear or know I was there. The problem was Ground hogs digging under the graves. They said it looked bad qand was afraid some one might fall and get hurt.

The Muskrats had dug the island up really bad and you had to watch were you walked. They als started to dig the damn up so the owner asked me to fix them and also If I saw what was eating his chickens to fix that problem and let him know what he owed me…… 😯 😯

A farm asked me to look around his farm this spring and see if I could shot his ground hogs that are making a mess around the buildings. No one wants to shot them in fear of hitting something else. If I can do it he wants pigeons shot to.

All of these people have asked the game commission to remove these problems and no one ever showed up, So they called in a wild life expert that live traps. The average starting price was $500 to remove a pest and he wants to release it on the property just father away from the trouble area.

And to think my neighbor makes fun of me for buying expensive BB guns. If he only knew the fun I have doing this stuff.

I’m not I do all my pest control for free….but a good friend of mine is working for the parks and rec. Department doing population control on the local squirrels…the conditions 1 he can’t be seen (easy for former OSS) and 2 he can’t be heard (easy with his tss that I’ve baffled and put a ldc on)…he gets minimum wage and gets to shoot all the squirrels he can handle..they just move him from park to park and by the time he’s done with the last its time to start over again….

I figure I saved 5 tons of grapes this year with the Condor, they still got 5 tons tho compared to the harvest last year. Some neighbors, who did not shoot birds, lost all their grapes.

$2000.00 Per ton, nothing in my pockect, but that’s farming.
