I posted a reply on your thread in general chat, but saw your double post so here ya go again. Hawke is a great company and will stand behind their products. I had a problem with a Panarama scope, e-mailed them a POLITE e-mail and they sent me an RMA number and a shipping label. They said the scope could not be easily fixed so they sent me a new one. Sorry to here they weren’t helplful on your call, but that was not my experiance with them.
For 500 bucks though I wouldnt have give up at one phone call, but as others have said once you open it, its all on you. I have some cheaper scopes I have opened up in the past and have NEVER got one back to working conditon as there is way to much going on in there for the average tinkerer.

the scope is new no body droped it or something like that , iam just using it for 1 month only
i contact the hawke company for servie the say they cant help me and i cannt return it without RMA number !!! or he will rejected
so i decided to repair it by my self i took the eye piece from the front and here what i get
the question does any body know how to remove this cap i want to take the lens where the cross and clean it

it would have been you needing to send a email to this address for your location and country

support@hawkeoptics.com

and tell them and showed them those pictures and they would have sent you a rma via email. you are now out 500 USD and will most likely remain with a broken scope because you opened that one up

they take special tools to remove a lot of the parts that arent accessible to a average consumer.

a rma is easy you call for repair/replacement and get a rma number and sheet and send it in. too late now though

somebody could have dropped it during shipping wherever it came from OR dropped it at the place you got it from. things happen

ok never mind. the scope is defective, you sure you didnt drop it or anything? may have been bashed up a little during shipping also. i see what you mean by not fix.

send it back to where you got it or call hawke and ask for a shipping label to send it back, not sure if they cover shipping back to them but they should since you payed 400+ for it

what do you mean dirty and not fix? are you sure its not the objective glass thats dirty and needs cleaning?

these scopes can leak sometimes and this is a factory defect. if the scope lenses are clean then its the reticle itself and needs to be either replaced or sent in for replacement/repair.

instead of using a microfiber cloth get a lense pen, they come with a whiper on one end and a very light bristled gentle brush on the other that is easier on the coatings and wont/doesnt scratch them the brush is for everyday use and is for removing those micro hairs and such you see in the first picture.
