My 1st PCP
Have been wanting a talon or condor for about a year but didn’t have the spare change. A used one came up local and i snatched it up. Boy is this thing fun!!
It is a talon ss with a 18 in 22 cal barrel and a supressor. The last 4 shots i have killed 4 rabbits, the last two at 70 and 85 yds. The great thing is i hit them
where i was aiming! Love this gun. mickey

When I bought my .22 Talon SS a year ago, I tried 7 different pellets through it… the 18.1 gr JSB’s were the best and that is all I use now. So I second KNIFEMAKER’S sage advise. Welcome to TAG.
I would suggest you try the 18 gr JSB’s. Same pellet, just a bit heavier, and seems to work better in our higher power pcp’s. 😉

Yeah, it’s high from what I’ve seen most folks including myself like to keep the gun at around the neighborhood of 800-900 fps otherwise you’re just wasting air.

Thanks for the welcomes. Got my scuba tank hydrotested and filled and have been having some fun. now am fixing to set up the chrony
and see how much i can shoot before it starts slowing down. I am filling tank to 2500 fps, and have the power wheel set on 10. is that too high for the power wheel, i am shooting 16 gr wolverines, they are going around 900 fps. Any tuneup suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks mdh
