My bullpup is now equipped with an inclinometer for under $6
Hello everyone, I just recieved my inclinometer that costed less than $6, it works like a charm and attaches via dubble sticky tape or whatever it is called.
I have not tested it yet because I am awaiting my scope but first impressions are good. This device is meant for a boat and is also called something else but I don’t know what since this is bought in sweden from a swedish boat site

I know I wish I could get it coming second nature. Tried a few times to range sparrows and never clicked

I’ve been using this one for over 2 years, it’s pretty cheap and works fine.
I had a device like that on an airgun long ago back in the 70’s.
It works, but time consuming with all the other variables to contend with all at the same time when most game will not wait for.
Ever since they come up with a range finder that accounts for slope and is quite affordable now, I haven’t looked back.

But you have two FFP scopes, surely you can use them for rangefinding?
So I will give myself A LOT of trigger time before popping birds so I will get to know my gun and scope.
On the note of rangefinder most of them measure both the range to the target (for wind measurements ) AND the hypothetical horizontal rage (using the angle). I have my eyes on the hawke rangefinder but I will not spend the money until spring
Everything is pretty much worthless if you don’t how far off your target is. I’m lost without my rangefinder as these guns need alot of holdover. It gets even worse when shooting past 60 yards.
Buy a ProStaff 3 you will really like it. No built in inclination but have not found that to be of great value since I went and got the Prostaff 7 early this year for alot more money.
The Nikon Prostaff 3 is all i guy needs

Even more reason for the range finder! Especially when hunting long range with an AIR GUN. I find that when shooting more extreme angles that I rangefind the horizontal distance which pretty much puts my kill zone on the money – field tested and proven. Now if you are new to hunting and wishing to gain confidence in your ability to shoot/hunt at long distance airgunning I would suggest a scope level to prevent canting but really best confidence builder would be trigger time! If it is your desire to become efficient at long range hunting do yourself a favor and purchase a dissent range finder.

You don’t even need that if you have line of sit to base of target. If your 20 yards from base of tree and your aiming at bird on tree you pick your 20 yard mildot and shoot.

Why not just buy a rangefinder that does it for you?
In case somebody does not know what it is for, it is there to tell me what angle my gun is upon shooting upwards or downwards. Mainly for hunting so I can compensate for the angle when shooting birds
