Well dip me in epoxy and call me laminate… ๐Ÿ˜• Interesting…

The wording on the website is a bit odd but it looks like it may be cf after all… ๐Ÿ˜ฏ I may have to get a sample just to check it out.

I’m real curious to see what they use to contain the carbon if it’s actually carbon. Raw fabric is nasty shit on skin if you come in contact with it.

That bolt is just like the one “Oykas’s Machinist Friend” in Cyprus makes….. LOL

I am glad you like the brass hammer that runs on the barrel and brass breech that really seals the air a lot more. That tank is fantastic also for those high power shots.

I think i might have something for you that you asked so check your pm

It certainly looks like CF. Got a close-up shot of the stuff?

I wonder what type of matrix that stuff is soaked in? After applying, does it harden?

Ya know that spray adhesive they recommend there is nasty on a toilet seat. Hehe.

Ive got some pre-cured single layer sheets here at the house. Once cured its pretty stiff, I’d never be able to form it to the contours of the frame like that. At the shop its used on flat molded parts to keep porosity down on the surface.
I use it for shims mostly.

It’s the same carbon fiber wrap they use on cars cost $30 for a 4×6 roll. It is not easy but not real hard I learned a heat gun is the trick. It also comes off with out damaging your finish on your rifle and protects it from the elements.

The tape job looks good, just please don’t call it something it isn’t…

As a carbon fiber nut it pains me to see this tape being referred to as the real thing.

Unless you’d be interested in a one ounce gold bar for a super cheap price of $300, shipping is included! ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜†

Its just tape, looks very cool though!

If you cured carbon fiber onto your frame, job well done! That would not be easy.

I suspect its decals, or possibly tape?

How did you do your fiber wrap ?

that is awsome

Iโ€™m breaking the 11th Commandmentโ€ฆ Thou shall not covet thy neighbors Condor. ๐Ÿ˜‰

That’s a hell of a Condor! Sweet. Only thing I’d change would be getting an AO scope on it.

Nothing quit like getting your gun the way you wan it ๐Ÿ˜€

That looks great!
