my chinese compressor project

I bougth a chinese compressor last month on alibaba and I start to modding it. You will find it identical to the on from mrodair.
I have add a water-oil separator between LP cylinder and HP cylinder. I take the time to make a coil that come close to the motor fan. On the high pressure side , I add a big coal filter and a PMV . I have no trouble with the low pressure pumping oïl. I also run a iso 150 oïl like the chemlube 751.

Nice work. You are taking care of some design issues and getting it close to how water vapor can be efficiently separated. Well done.
I too am interested in how much you are spending for all the extra cooling tubing, intermediate separator, and filter tower.
That motor connector block does look like it allows for swapping between 110 and 220 volt operation.

it is 110v but design for 220v . all the wire are to thin and some connector melt. I change the togle switch for a 110v 30amp , put a hour meter . Change wire plug for 12ga , reconnect the reset button , put the air filter , PMV , and another water-oïl separator . I made a coil out of a 5/16 ss 0.035mil brake and gas line instead of 8mm ss pipe . The coil is good for way more pressure that what it ever see and the diameter is almost Identical so no leek.
How much was it including shipping? Like to know if this is better deal than mrodair. Any difference such as 120v or 230v?

I have order a 10ft 5/16ss 0.035 It cost me around 70can dollars because of the shipping
The PMV , the black water-oïl separator , all fitting and the small piping 6mm and 8mm ( not use , to short) the brass adapter to plug the whip with shipping 100USD
30amp toggle switch and hours meter was in my possesion , so I don t know the price .
add to this the compressor price that came with the big coal filter … PM I don t really know if I should give the price of the compressor on the net as I belive mrodair sell the same or almost the same and he can give support to the buyer better than a order from china!!!
