I have a question about the crosman 2250, 2240’s I’m building right now. Should the valve screw fit with some slop in the main tube?

Yes it does have some slop.

That’s crazy sweet man! I’m jealous! :angrymob: I really want to find a .25 barrel and receiver for my 1322, just bought a 24″ barrel and metal barrel band. All the internals have been replaced, after all this it’s about $150. 😕
How much did that set up cost you? Seems pricy with the marauder parts.
Anyways I just wanted to tell you how sweet you gun looks. :8:

Thanks again for the compliment. Actually the crosman parts were cheaper then a lot of the other parts lol.

I’m waiting on pyramyd to get the next batch of prochrono digital chronograph to get in. So far today it’s shooting pretty good. Had to stop the wind is back gusting 20 to 30 mph, I’m getting damn sick of it, it’s been blowing like this for a week. I really like it cause it weighs 5.5lbs with scope and loaded mag.

Yes, sounds like you need a chrony. With .25 cal at only 20 yards, the wind shouldnt be too much of a factor unless it was really whipping about.
Still great looking piece.

I get about 16 from what I can tell without a chronograph. That’s from 2300psi, hope to get a chronograph soon to confirm this. i zeroed the scope yesterday morning at 20 yards. Let it set for 6 hrs came back to it and the damn thing stated fling pellets every where else but the bulls eye. It got pretty breezy when it was flinging the pellets. Not as windy today so I’m starting all over again today.

Looks good. Have looked into the HiPac systems before, but havent pulled the trigger on one.

What kind of shot count are you getting?
