My first mistake with this gun ***update***
Well I’m so pisted. 😡 Got distracted and double loaded it. What’s the correct way to remove the pellets without damaging anything? 🙄

Warded myself of this hiccup and decided to familiarize myself with the mechanics of the gun so I proceeded to remove the barrel shroud and take off the barrel and do some house cleaning. It had quite a bit of lead dust. I used a wooden dowl to remove the jammed pellets. Now I am more confident with my gun and understand it’s workings better. Thanks to all who responded. :8:

I’ve never once heard of a pcp that wouldn’t shoot a double load! The only result is a slower fps due to the heavier weight of lead being fired.

This is what i did usually for my Mrod and Edgun so many times. …
I think i did this several times. ..and all the time i just shot…no more….both pellet will go out…one go to the left side and the other will go to the right side. …simple. ..
Syclone , if from all of the advice you are given and nothing works it looks like you may have to scrape out that barrel and buy a new one . I know
my imput on this matter really isn’t in your best interest but if it is as it may end up being then what other options due you really have ? .

I think that shooting with double load is not healthy for the gun. It may damage the shroud. Personally I would try with a non-metal rod after dumping some gun oil into the barrel to reduce friction. You just need to remove the breech.
If you have tried to fire, pellets might be mushroomed and they might be at 1inch before the muzzle choked area.
(I do not really know where the firing pressure has gone if the pellet is stacked.)
If the pellet is at the muzzle, I would try to push it back to the breach side, as pellet might be slightly smaller already
at the choke of the muzzle.
Last thing I might try, last thing, is fill the barrel with water and fire. You will have smaller free volume in the barrel,
so you will get higher pressure at the pellet. I have fired double loaded pellet several times, but so far nothing happened.

I was cleaning my Air arms s510 a few years ago and I had 2 cotton patches stuck in my barrel. I tried different ways of pushing it out put it wouldn’t move. Finally I got so frustrated and just shot it , after the 5th shot it flew out. In your case this might not work. I think if you take your breach off and see how far the pellets are in the chamber. The last pellet could be mushrooming the first one. Or perhaps there’s more than 2 in there. I would use a drill bit that’s about a 1/8 in diameter and see if you couldn’t drill a hole dead center. That’s depending on if you can reach the pellets. Drilling a hole is going to release a lot of pressure on your side wall around the pellets. Perhaps even stepping up to a bigger bit wouldn’t hurt. Good luck with that.
What you can do is remove the action get a non metal cleaning rod and push the pellet from the breach to the muzzle. Also remove the baffle cover. Just go slow it will come out. Then clean the barrel.

Nice, the gun is easy to work on, just don’t over tighten the allen screws. They strip like butter.
