Q:

my new .25 Stealth :-)

first time shot my “new” .25 Stealth @ 45 ft/lbs.

Bolt some new stuff to an old Stealth frame.

a 50 cm BSA .25 barrel and an used LDC, and some new wood with a U.I.T. rail to fit a handstop and turner sling.

Will give it a try to shoot with a sling , but maybe the frame to to weak to handel the force.

First group, bench rested was not bad 4 pellets 1″ and one flyer at 100 yards.
Later it get worse, the old boy get tired 😥

Hey that’s a nice turret 😉 Think I did the same on the 2.5-10×52 Zeiss that went to the Bakker?

Cheers,

Marc

Think I stay with the 355 dergee turn, longer then 125 Meters, I will use trhe tick post.

Here a pic. of the inside, sorry for the black stuff.

Think I’ll incorporate that two in the new TT. We can do some 200yard shooting;)

Cheers,

Marc

Yes the .25 is fun, must look what is on the fac 😉

Did mill a 355 degree groove on the inside of the turret,
Funny thing with the height of the nut,
It stops by the low point 40 meters,
but when it turn it up, I can make more then 360.

Nice group Ewoodie! The .25 is growing on you I think;)

Cheers,

Marc

nice weather today, just a little wind at 11 o”clock.
One bad flyer, must wait for a better day with less wind.
btw these JSB in .25 have a nice punch 😉

It was easy, did have the use of the John Deere Gator, no walking 100 meters every time 🙂

Shot with bipod 😳 ( sorry Hans ).

Nice groups! Those JSB’s are like lasers!

Hi,

Try the rifle last evening, inside lane 50 meters (54.7 Yards).
not bad at all, last group 5 shots in 20 mm.

Ilvit 😀

Hope to try it tomorrow outside at 100 meters. 😎

quote ewoodie:

PPFFFT,
after a few hours of work, the sling swivel ready on the rifle.

a good fix, for also cliff hanging 😉 with a steelbar inside fixed with stock and frame.

Put also a U.I.T. rail on it, for maybe a handstop or bipod.

Next thing is to get a regulated bottle on it, and shooting with 48 fpe at +/_ 140 Bar.

Nice chunky rifle,
Come on lets play outside, I have the USGI slings also to play with.
.25 drops the pigeons nice with 45 ft/lbs! 😆
regards Wimone

Killer for the Killer!!

Nice detailing work there ewoodie!!! 😯 😯 😯

And that checkering on the other stock is sweet as well!!!

VERY NICE JOB!!!

The woods follow the triggerguard, maybe the rounding at the top.

engraving? make it to much classic, like my Eliminator / Crow mag, also a homebrew stock from me.
The french skiplines are from Van Breen ( friend / stockmaker ).

ya slim her up around the trigger guard area. Maybe add a little engraving right there? Initials?

slim the forearm it a little down, and try to how its feels, before I give it a oil job.

And must also make a connection for a quick det. sling swivel, at the front of the stock, when I don’t use the handstop.
