Q:

My rig is finally ready

I have had it for a while but had to wait for my scope to come in but the rest I’ve had to sit and stare at for a couple weeks. The people at airhog were top notch to deal with. I just got my camera cord replaced too and my little brat dog ate the other one.

I want to give special thanks to mamcrackin for answering an endless amount of questions which got me squared away and all the others that were patient in giving me good advice with great attitudes (knife, king) thanks and sorry if I forgot someone, it makes the transition from powder to air pretty painless when people are willing to take time out to answer questions and it can only help the sport.

I belong to various firearm forums and I like helping people get started or perform to their potential but there are people (some talented) that just pound lumps on new shooters (most are weak) and that’s why they are nasty.

OK, I’ll “pound lumps”….

Just shoot it for chrissakes.

I zeroed it in and wiped out a few tree rats with it and other various varmints then took a shot at distance with fair results. I posted my results in a new thread 🙂

Looking Good!!!

Which LDC do you have on there?

Great Scope!

I have the Airhog shroud and purchased the pellets, rifle, tank, fittings, shroud all from Airhog and they have been fantastic to deal with and the only thing I hear when firing it is the hammer and I had a vented bushing made for it too.

Nice ! I really like the scope you chose congrats on a fine looking shooting machine ! 😀

figure out what this gun wants and needs….Good job Freddie.,….

Right On !!!!!!!!

It is an 88 cubic feet carbon fiber tank from air hog with DIN adapter and 5k gauge it hooked right up to the local dive shops filler.

That is really nice of them to take care of you like that and customer service means a lot to me it’s more important than price for me.

Check your local fire department they might fill it for you if you throw a few bucks towards donuts and coffee supplies, mine said they would which beats the dive shop 15 miles away and $9 per fill which isn’t that bad but 5 minute drive and $20 a month unlimited filling is better, I fill to 4500psi in the carbon fiber.

cool, time to have fun now
what size tank is that, and what adapters are you using to charge air force bottle.
I just bought a condor also and i dont have a tank yet. I went to the scuba shop close buy and ask about tanks and charging and told them i was looking for a high pressure cf bottle.and ask if i could rent a scba bottle or something until i found a cf tank and he said he would charge my air force tank any time i needed it ,just come back and get another charge.

It’s not but about 3 minutes from house so not a bad deal until i get the high pressure tank.
