Q:

My stock loose a little at the front

I noticed that the stock is slightly move at the front below the tank insbite of good tightining of the trigger guard Allen key ….is that normal ? Will it affect the shooting? And how to fix it?

What did you do to your gun recently? I find that if you don’t torque your shroud properly, it will effect how the shroud floats when you tighten the allen screw at the bottom.

Example, I didn’t torque the shroud enough so when I tightened the screw at the the bottom, my shroud was pulled closer to the Air tube.

Edit: I also want to add that when I didn’t tighten the shroud enough, I was afraid the shroud was going to hit the air tube the more I tightened the bottom screw so that left the action loose in the stock. I think a lot of guys have this issue as well and then try to put washers to compensate for the play. But the real problem was the shroud not torqued enough.
