Q:

My talontunes parts came

Great looking pieces, can’t wait to install them. Come to find out TalonTunes is about 45mins from my house! This could be bad for my wallet or real good for my Condor…

Yours is set up alot like mine. I ended up set at 1 slide and 0 on the wheel which is about as low as it can go then used the smallest restrictor to get 31 shots in a 26 fpe spreadand 43 fpe. Was a very nice accurate set up.

What is the difference in the 2 pellets that are both 21 gr besides manufacturer? Is the head size different? I also have the carracudas and they shoot pretty good.

Kodiacs are 5.5mm, i got both to compare, the kodiacs are cheaper than the cudas, the cuda look better quality and there 5.4mm, been using JSB exact heavies, just trying differant lead, went heavier hoping to shrink my 80+ yd groupes

Just checked Amazon to see if still available. Bad news it that it won’t work with new style gun/ trigger/safety set up!

Saweet! Just installed the same parts in mine. Tons of fun and testing ahead!

polished the barrel breech, installed the SS pwr wheel screw, slap mod hammer and the one TT tophat with the highest flow insert. will chrony test this weekend.

when i disassembled the gun there was like a gray paste like film on the barrel and baffles, is this normal? almost like lead dust??

Awesome guys thanks!!!

Yep, that goes on the cocking knob threaded section. It acts as a bearing to keep the threads off the alu. frame.

Knife

Looks like the sleeve that goes over the bolt part of the breech knob. Did you take the knob off of the breech? If so, look on the threaded part to see if it’s missing.

Disassembled the condor, found this in my towel that I was cleaning with in the breech area, anyone know where this go??
