My UK 1ST Generation FX. Bobcat Story

Watch this…

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0sWAKpNXjo

I paid £1210 for this air rifle and due to FX’s lack of help, I sold it for £750

In dollars that would be – bought for $2008 Sold for $1244 😯

Funnily enough, the day after I created this video, they contacted me asking if I still needed the stock…

Despite me telling them in an email about 2 weeks earlier, that I sold it and don’t intend to purchase FX products again!

Hey Kurth did you post the video on the yellow? I’m wondering how long would it take for Adm. To take it down!

Hahaha. No, not yet. Someone called me a ‘moron’ in the comments so I presume he’s from Yellow. Hahaha

Also, speaking of safety, before I purchased the FX, I initially ordered a Daystate Air Ranger…

When I received it, there was no functioning safety mechanism due to a missing screw…

Daystates QC missed it and so did the gun shop that tested it :suprisedn:

Yup….. Sounds like it was the first time he used his safety and tested it. Them safeties don’t Fail, more than likely it wasn’t adjusted right. AOA should of checked that before shipping it out. They are a pretty simple design and when adjust properly you can not pull the trigger back. You would snap the linkage or the trigger off before it fired if it was adjusted properly!!

Anyone see the post on the yellow about a Bobcat’s safety failing 😯…..

Got a Cricket .22 Synthetic now and couldn’t be happier 😉

Yup i found out first hand myself. I fixed the off centered gauge issue myself but the stock being flimsy well there was no fixing that.

Lucky for me AOA and FX have a great spokesman in US and I sold it and didn’t lose a dime.

A guy walks into a bar and says to the bartender, Hows the quickest way to piss away $800, The bartender says that no joke we all know, that you buy an FX …

That’s only some of the issues I hear over here on them. Since everything goes through a big distributor in the US (AOA) maybe the servicing is a bit better???? That’s why I tell everyone not to run out and buy one when a marketing video comes out telling how accurate they are. Its just like when they tell you the really fat girl is really nice. Then they tell you that’s all that matters. 😯
