Q:

Need a good excuse to shoot a vandalizer

Starting this springs, it seems like some destructive individual/kid have moved in the neighborhood. They have stole tags, broke tail lights, recently broke two car windows.

So what im going to do is set up a few game cameras, study his behavior/schedule. Then stalk him like he’s a prey, and put a pellet in his ass while hes trying to vandalize another vehicle.

I need a good story to tell the COPS after its all said a done without sounding like a serial killer… lol

Venxxxxx,

Piss off.

I am on the side of right and the law here, it is you who need to take a chill.

You ever look into a mans face and drop the hammer? I doubt you have although you probably wish you have. I have, I know of what I speak, I know what it does to your future or the lack there of, even if when done in the full context of the law.

Nothing good ever comes from shooting someone. And to hear of your ignorant self imposed vigilante attitude as you speaksof breaking the law by shooting someone over a property crime, degenerating the respect of air gunners on this forum and everywhere to write about your desire to shoot “someone in the ass” who is messing with your car is beyond comprehension.

Not only do you need to take a chill you need to gain some wisdom that comes from maturity.

In the meantime you need to put your shooting irons in the closet until you learn some responsibility or at the very least get someone willing to bitch slap you into reality until you gain some insight.

It is maturity, humanity and respect for the law of the land that puts us at a level above mob violence and anarchy.

So as I say, piss off.

Calm down roachcreek. Its just a discussion, it ain’t serious as you think. Don’t jump to conclusions. Don’t start the moral crap. You tell that to the guy who been vandalizing. If you worry about censorship, don’t comments.

Well I am a retired cop telling you your an idiot for even thinking about it and your excop buddy is probably an excop for having that kind of judgment.

You never shoot at anyone unless your willing to kill them and have a legal reason for doing so, meaning your life or the life of others are in danger#1.

A property crime is never reason legally or morally to shoot someone.

Screwing with your car is not a legal reason for shooting anyone at anytime, your looking at serious prison time for what you are broadcasting to the world about on a international forum.

And your giving us, air gunners, a bad image for even coming on this forum and stating such stupid bullshit.

RC

Not sure which state you live in but you might as well shoot him with a real gun if you are going to shoot him with an airgun. Obviously not recommending shooting anyone at all.

In many states the punishment for pointing an airgun at someone in a threatening manner is the same as using a real gun.

I’m sure your ex cop buddy will be more than willing to testify for you at your trial… 😆

I’ve heard some bad advice before but I think that is some of the worst ever. It certainly proves correct a recent trend, cops have little to no knowledge of gun laws.

A “warning” is telling him you will video him in the act. Shooting someone is shooting someone.

Well, unless you live in TEXAS!

quote roachcreek:

Not only do the Judges love video’s but the prosecuting attorneys love it when people talk about what they are planning to do on online forums.

It shows premeditation.

But being as it seems your still considering this and talking abut an inch of penetration with your Disco two things immediately come to mind:

#1) Maybe you should not have air guns or any others,

#2) We’re wasting our time warning you because you don’t understand the “big words” we’re using.

There are bigger issues out there than talking about shooting a bb gun at a thug in the ass while he breaking your car’s windows. An ex cop suggested I do that to warn him.

If you shoot him with a pellet it will be your ass on the line ❗

Judges love videos and will throw the cloth kiddie book at him but you would be serving notice that the stupid shits in the area can’t get away with their spoiled defiance of others rights.

Good luck either way 😎 I didn’t see a thing.

Thanks for the responses guys. I figured i can’t physically hurt the kid…not in a legit way. It’s a chance I take that could swing both ways. He hurt my car and others in secrecy, and I get him back in secrecy….we both doing something that shouldn’t be brought to light. But if I outsmart him, put a pellet in his ass – without letting him or anyone else know about it- then use the other camera clips -without the part he got shot-to show the police and act as if I know nothing nor got anything to do with it. Not only he get lead pellet in his ass, a meaty one as well once behind bars. Meanwhile, I still look like a good citizen neighborhood watcher.

In my personal opinion, there is no action without an opposite, equal reaction. Laws of physics applies to laws of engagements…. Hope I’m not out of line with this one. Besides, a pellet – low powered setting on a benji disco .22 should penetrate no more than an inch in the fat area of the buttocks should eject itself within a month without major operations. Have shot a buddy in the foot once growing up and that what the doctor did…. Nothing at all until the body rejected it.

I just gotta be extremely vigilant and have a lawyer number ready if it does go down hill….if it leaks, small town media might demonize me as another Travon killer…
👿

Time to watch sniper video trainings ? LOL

In this country I wouldn’t be surprised if YOU went to jail because you photographed a kid breaking the law (violating his privacy).

That’s how upside down this country has become.

And yeah I know nobody has a reasonable right to privacy on a city street.

Apparently nobody has a reasonable right to privacy anywhere. With the new cell phone tracking being ‘part of business’ then would it be ok to photograph people in restaurant bathrooms because they were in a place of business?

Guess it depends on who is doing the photographing… 😯

OG, try a dog training suit. 😉

Probably NOT a good idea to shoot the vandal with anything that could possibly break skin!

Back in the mid 80s, a fellow drunken coal mining buddy of mine bought a 200 acre mini farm. It had a 10-15 year old very nice house on the property, a little tillable land, some pasture and the rest was covered with little sheds, piles of rusting farm implements, worn out tractors and old cars.

My buddy had a brainstorm and he turned the outbuildings/rusting bullshit into a paintball battle zone. Every Saturday and Sunday, he started a new game every 2 hours.

He somehow built up one hell of a business and the place ended up being packed every weekend. It cost $20 for 2 hours plus rental for the gun, paintballs, helmet and goggles, if needed. Every 2 hours, he turned 2 teams loose and you had to decide which team you wanted to be on by either picking a yellow or blue jersey.

That was great fun and; getting shot, at close range, with a paintball HURTS LIKE HELL! My fellow drunken coal mine buddies, and I, would wear a couple of long sleeve shirts and a couple of blue jeans. It still hurt to get hit at close range!

One of my demented coal mining buddies came up with the idea of popping the paintballs into the freezer overnight. We had a gentleman’s agreement not to shoot each other at close range with the frozen paintballs. Of course; that agreement didn’t last very long! Those bastards! 😆

Head shots were not allowed. As we kept trying to add more padding, we started to look like Pillsbury doughboys waddling around the shooting area. Great fun!

My buddy shut the business down after around 5 years. To this day, he still swears that he paid the loan off with the paintball income.

Sorry for the trip down memory lane but; if I had your troubles; I would buy a used paint ball gun, freezes some paintballs and nail that bastard! If you can get within 30-40 yards of him; you WILL get his attention! Light him up! Just don’t go for a head shot, It could be lethal.

Be sure to wear your OJ gloves and ski mask, after the shooting, throw the gun down and then haul ass! Dispose of the gloves and ski mask where they will never be found before you get back to your house.

If the cops somehow link you to the community service that you have just performed; answer the door with either a cane or a walker. Both would be better!

I second that notion, no need to catch something in the brown eye lol also make sure you catch the face otherwise it will take longer for them to catch the kid

Vandals can be very maddening, but if you put a pellet up his ass for destroying property, you will be in the grey bar hotel and someone will be putting something up our ass.

Stalk him with your game camera, give the footage to the police and let that same cell mate put something up his ass instead of yours.

Regards,

Roachcreek
