Need a measurement please!!!!

So, I’m at work and hanging out here as usual, and thinking about my gun. I need a measurement of the cross hatched area of the foregrip. Length and width please (in inches, not metric preferably)

I’m planing on mounting a picitinny rail to the forend. Gonna smooth the ends with a belt sander to make it flow in to the grip, mate it with two thru the plastic bolts on either end, and a bit of JB weld to help hold, and blend the transition. the center will have a tapered hole to mount the whole thing to the gun thru the original hole, but with a slightly longer bolt. I’m gonna use this to attach another ar-type grip to the forend similr to the way people set up m4’s. I cant use my front rail, as #1. its too far away for comfort, and #2. I have a bipod and sling mounted there.

1.10″ for the pattern width and 1.57″ for the grip width.
