Need help with Cygnus X big bore valve

So I finally got around to get the Cygnus X valve made from his blueprints. My machinist mailed me back with some questions in regards of the valve. I hope you someone here can help me with the problems he is having.

1.So what are the tolerances: does the blueprint needed to be followed to 1/10 mm or 1/100 mm.

2. Could the threads be changed to metric. How big is the 8# screw hole?

3. What are the measurements of the tread 7/8″ – 14 on the second page of the blueprint (in metric).

The plans were posted a while back here on the forum. If someone has made the valve according to Cygnus X blueprints, help is welcome.
