need help with Edgun hammer spring adjustment

Went to adjust the hammer spring on my R3 .25 Edgun long. I loosened the allen screw on top and the silver adjustment screw won’t budge. I watched Ed’s video and it looks like it should turn easlly. Any suggestions? Thanks

turn it with a pair if pliers using some leather or thin rubber to protect the spring adjuster from the pliers.
