Need input on SS

I’m considering buying a Talon SS. I’ve done some searching but have some questions. I want a .22 cal. but may switch to .25 cal. later. Can it be kept factory 33″ length with 12″ barrel and get 25 plus fpe with simple mods in .22 cal. and be backyard friendly?
