Need paintball gun tank help
My 13yr old son saved up his money and bought a paintball gun. We also bought a 20oz Co2 tank which is a pain in the ass to get filled around here. The paintball range where he does battle has an HPA compressor and offers free refills to HPA users.
We need to look at buying an HPA tank for his gun now and I have no idea what we are doing when it comes to paintball guns. Can anyone give me some links to where I can find a good deal on some of these HPA tanks.

Hey thanks for the link Adam. Now here’s another question. Take for instance a 68ci 4500psi tank, what is the difference in a “low” pressure tank and the “high” pressure tanks….?

That has more to do with the type of gun he is using. Many electronic guns are running low pressure. The CF tank can be set at 450 psi and then the reg on the gun will knock it down to 180psi or so.
If your sons gun runs off of CO2 then he should use the CF tank that runs higher pressure like 850 psi. The his gun is not designed for low pressure.
