Q:

Need some help with my Edgun

I am getting a blast of air hitting me in the cheek when I shoot my Edgun. I changes both bolt probe o rings thinking this would fix the problem. Both o rings were indeed split when I changed them. The new orings don’t fix the problem however. The blast of air that I get stings a little and is quite loud in my ear after a few shots. Any ideas where the air is coming from?

Gotta agree with ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 😀

Great bunch of guys sharing ideas and information, second to none when it comes to the Edgun.

Aloha,

Mark

What I really like, guys, that I see there is a kind of EDgun club on this forum, like on my, Russian, EDgun forum. And that is another advantage of the gun :), people are very nice to each other and willing to help. That is great 🙂 EDgun’s soul 🙂

Kgphotos, I sent you a PM.

LOL! How could I forget… I forgot to mention that Mamcrackin has also answered EVERY single question I’ve asked him as well! And believe me I have asked quite a few… About the Edgun, etc…

You probably over stretched the oring and might have nicked it.. They are
hard to change without messing one up… the last orings I got were not quite
the right size and allowed a small amount of air to get past,….

kgphotos send a PM to oldgoat… I think he might be able to help you out…

I agree with you 100% 80 GRIT. The fact that Ed and Tony have answered every single one of my emails, private messages and posts has given me the comfort level I need to buy an Edgun. I can honestly say that I must have emailed Tony over 20 times in the past two weeks with all kinds of questions and he responded to every single one. Within an hour.

So that is what is delaying my .25cal getting shipped… Why you S** ofa
*****….LOL Just kidding… They are the best after sales support you will
find anywhere…

I have to say, I don’t have an Edgun, but one day I will, and it is sure nice having the owner/designer/builder, etc. “Ed” being an active member here and being so quick to offer assistance!

Good Job ED 😉

Check out if the O-ring on the end of the barrel is OK and if the barrel didn’t go forward from the breech.
