Q:

Need tips on bottle collar removal

I got a custom breach, and it’s not working properly, and I’m just trying to get it out. It refuses to get past the sear and come out the front, yes, I’ve depressed the trigger and safety at the same time, bouncing the gun up and down, no luck, I tried it many times. I’ve never had to take a breach out the back, but it looks as though I may have no choice. Is there a way to do this without having trigger parts and springs popping out all over? I would like to know what I’m in for if I take this route, any tips /step by step greatly appreciated.

I’ve sometimes had to push a breech out with my finger because the sear pops up and offers enough resistance to stop it dropping out.

Removing the trigger springs without having to punch any pins out should allow the breech to drop out the front of the gun too.

If that doesnt work, take a look down there with a flashlight.

Taking the trigger parts out is not a big deal at all, I have done it a few times. I think it would be a better idea to figure out exactly why the breach is not coming out. If it went in that way, it has gotta come out. What exactly is wrong with it?
