Need your advice about Air tanks for my Talon

Hello everybody,
I have ordered my Talon from Tony and now I am waiting and deciding on which air tank is right for me. What are the opinions on the 44cf fiberglass tank here http://www.pomona-airguns.com/PCP%20Accessories.htm
What other fittings do I need to get to be able to charge my rifle’s tank.
I called a couple of local paintball stores and they said the price is 1 dollar per 1000psi to fill it up. For those that use HPA tanks like these does that mean that the price is the same weather I fill an 88cf tank or a 44cf tank as long as both are 4500psi??? Doesn’t sound right.
Thanks for your help and your time. This is my first PCP rifle and there is a lot to consider.
