Never use the word CONDOR in any paypal transactions
Yup,
sold my condor to a guy…. long story short… he put “condor package” in the notes. now its under 72 hour review cause of government regulations

Note that the email comes from the “compliance department.” Every company has to comply with ever expanding federal regulations that carry the force of law. This makes it very difficult for small companies that can’t afford departments dedicated to complying with thousands of regulations and constantly reading the federal register to find out about new ones. It also turns big companies into federal spies watching and questioning all of us.
It’s insane!
Called and bitched at them finally got them to admit. either the word condor or the odd money amount triggered it

Apparently a “condor package” is a drug shipment. YUP
Just got off the phone again… they finally gave me my money. it was a major PIA. Try explaining what a condor package is 🙄
then they dug through all my past transactions and gave me a emailed warning saying i was abusing the friends/family thing.

never again don’t use the notes in paypal. they are monitored.
