New .25 Std Edgun
Got a chance to bang out a few rounds to sight in the scope, then tried out the new chrony.
Looks like Ed’s dialed down the .25 a bit, still not hitting the magic (?) 885 mark but down in the low 900s…25 shot string:

The Magneto Speed Chrony is great…really frees you up to shoot offhand, bench, whatever during a chrony session.
And if I could figure out how to post photos in this user-unfriendly environment I would!

I usually start around 210- bar, and end up with at least 40 shots at an average of about 914 FPS before I hit 100+ bar.
40 is plenty for me, I fill with a Hill so if I had a long it would take a lot more effort to fill up from 100. Plus I like the smaller/lighter package.

So how many shots are you getting from about 220-230 bar? My .25 std is avg 930 FPS.
Yeah, evidently all of the .25s are marked 5.5mm/.22 due to some Euro export requirements.
Is your .25 Standard marked 5.5mm .22 on the receiver?
That was from a fill of 225 bar but I had already fired 16 shots before I started that string.
Shooting the default pellet, JSB Exacts.
Riverside’s close, our vacation place is in Idyllwild but I live in Encinitas.
Octavius, I’ll post a string but it will be a few days before I get back on the chrony.
Meantime if somebody will tell me how to post a pic I’ll add some photos of the Magneto Speed chrony on the Edgun…it’s a great piece of gear.
Can you try to give complete shot string from 210-130bar?
RCMann what fill pleasure are you running just checking because My .25 standard will be here Thursday I am in riverside.

I didn’t do a string yet but with a 220 bar fill it got about 45 shots before velocity dropped so that sounds about right. I need to breakin the reg before another check. Maybe 500 shots or so.
