Its steel 1044 ill get better pics when the valve is finished. And ill post pic. Soon just got done with the breech and the bushings.

Here are the pics Joe sent me. Joe came over and we made a valve for his .308. Still needs a stem. Made the body .250″ longer to clear 62 ci tank.
Damn it. I always hated waiting for goodies in the mail or things that interest me etc. and this falls into that category. Sorry, but I had to go there. 😉

Valve is done just need to poke the port holes was think 4 or 5 the reason is I’d rather get flow from more smaller holes the less big hol.es so that there is strength. Having problems with uploading pics so as soon as I can ill get some up.
