FPS would be nice, If its shooting 550 FPS I will stick with my 35 dollar P 17
What’s the fill pressure? How many shots per fill.
Right now the P Marauder seems to be a lot better deal with a bunch of after market parts….

Come on give us some good or bad information on the Ataman pistol.
Everything I read so far its a 200 bar fill 10 shot 450 FPS gun for 999.00 dollars
To me that’s a joke and I would not waste my time on this gun…

Barrel length and air pressure is what limits the power. 8″ barrel at 140 bar is maxed out at about 20 fpe. IIRC I got a bit over 24 fpe when I switched to 10″ barrel and at that point I was limited by the small chamber volume of a Tench regulator. AR6 pistol makes 30 fpe with 10″ barrel and 200 bar fill.
It might not in stock form, but any PCP can be powered up, I really don’t care for shot count and even can get rid of the regulator if it’s possible,…can we get 25 FPE out of that gun that way ?
I don’t see why not, and I took a good sized Boar with a 19 FPE .22 cal just recently so I think that pistol will do just fine 😉 😉

I don’t know about caliber change, but from long to short or vice versa – sure (if you have the spare barrel and cylinder).
