Q:

New Bottles came today.

I got my new tanks today. I plan on putting on them, some long E-tacs with drop and cant from Marmot_Militia, Tuned Hi-flos, Wokdisc, and of course Wokbutt. As you can see the tanks are shorter so with long E-tacs It will be perfect. They are 62ci which should roughly double my shot count. I got both brand new with regs, fill, and gauges for $100. I will reuse one gauge to compare with jims. The Myth gauge only goes to 3000psi, but thats what the tank is rated for. I thought maybe it will be more accurate, worth the test. .
Cant wait to get Etacs and stuff from Wok. gonna cream my jeans.

Stands to reason all things being equal, a larger tank will yield more shots.

I was thinking, since these larger tanks are not regulated am I actually going to gain any shots? Do I need to have it regulated under 3000psi to gain more shots?
Thanks

Got my fill nipples and gauges on. By the time I get these tanks pumped up it the snow should be gone, so I’ll try to post a string then.

THANKS. It looks like it is a 1/2” longer and 1/4” of that is the Wok-disc. Thanks.

Assman will you please do a side by side like that? Or measure them and let me know please. Thanks.

I was wrong the new bottle is a little longer, but not by much.

SYNOPSYS…….now that you “get it” would be so kind as to explain it to me cause I DON’T get it…..if the ETac fits air force bottle and Etac fits paintball bottle why won’t AF valve fit either one?? 🙄 🙄 🙄 …damn, makes my head spin

male thread on eTac is made to suit the bottle and teh female thread suits the AF valve.

so you would buy a 5/8-18male x 18×1.5mm female eTac adapter.

Otherwise known as a valve to the “other threads” tank adapter…

Aka “The missing link”… 😆

Savage,
I will take a pic of a new side by side when I get home. The length was 12.5 ” on both if I remeber right.

He already did on the first post, did you see it? the 53ci bottle came with matte back, not the glossy black which made it look matching with the gun. I will paint my E-tac adapter black at later time, too busy at work now.

Thanks dvu. But I’m trying as hard as possible to NOT gain ANY LOP. Damn short arms. lol.

Here you go, you now can compare the AF bottle and the 53ci bottle that I am using on my Condor .25 cal with 24″. It’s not too fat, not too long and just perfect 😆 😆

I personally think the 53ci bottle look a lot better than another other HPA bottle on a Condor that I owned. I took a few pictures before and post it here

But I did not take any picture side by side between the AF bottle and the 53ci bottle. I will take 1 picture of it and post it here tonight.
