What makes u think ed started airgun bullpups airgun bullpus ave been about scince the late 80s early 90s don’t recall seeing any edguns from that era plenty daystate Theoben air arms venom lr90 and b&m. S offerings but no edguns or kalibrgun ect be nice to no who copied who out of them 2 tho as there’s some very old kalibrguns about particularity the kalibrgun hooligan
Dave try not to confuse “started” with “invented”, I know we are separated by a common language but I am still pretty confident that Oxford does define these terms differently.
According to Oxford:
Invented:
Create or design (something that has not existed before)
Started:
Come into being; begin or be reckoned from a particular point in time or space.
To further illustrate my point. If a person was to say “look Jacques Heim started”in regards to the Bikini said person would not be crediting him with the invention of the bikini. The statement would just be marking the person who made the Bikini popular in the modern era, the invention of the Bikini would still be credited to the Romans.
So back to bullpups, before the EDgun there were not large airgun manufactures producing the bullpup on a consistent basis. We airgunners did not have the bullpup choices that we do now. After the EDgun’s sales rose (mostly because of Ted) new model bullpups began flooding the market. So I stand by my my original statement.
Hoot… Dont be daft mate…
Lima beans come in tins… Everyone knows that…!! .. Lol ..

Dear Uncle Hoot,
Let me thank you for making me laugh so much. I loved reading your answer, so , profiting my stay in Lima, I will answer quickly before you get to be the sole survivor in the nursing home to find out that Guinea pigs are originally from the Andes and not from Guinea.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guinea_pig
The smoke you see, comes from the boys in my tribe who are testing new medicinal herbs in order to see if they can be exported.
The earring you saw on my car is its plate. They come in different colors, such as yellow for Andean ones, green for the Amazonian ones, white for the coastal ones, and fucsia for the export quality ones.
Car inspections in Peru are very strict. They are made on a daily basis. I am attaching a picture of my car being inspected on its oil level before my trip to Lima.
On the other hand, how dare you name a small town in America on behalf of my ancient city? LOL.
We do not use bulldozers in Peru, we import elephants directly from Africa, the ones from India are too small. And besides, bulldozers from your plant in Illinois polute. We prefer natural smoke. LOL
Best regards, my dear Uncle Hoot, and don´t forget to take your pills.
P.D I want you to know that the translation of this answer has cost an extra load of cacao beans and my stalion Andean pig 😥 😥
How do you come up with that stuff Hoot ?
:hoot:
Dear Glad,
First, let me comment…
Secondly, you type very good English for a Peruvanite! Can you also speak/understand it???
Thirdly, how is it you have “Guinea” pigs in Peru?
Fourthly, I had no idea how bad the smog was in the mountains. Judging from the number one picture, you guys need to switch to natural gas, and lay off the coal!
Fifthly, in the bottom picture, there is a yellow tag in the left ear of your camel…is that the same thing as an automobile license plate where you live? Do you have to have your camels inspected each year? What might a low mileage camel cost…one in good mechanical condition?
Sixthly, are those “Grapewood” trees shown with the rifle in your first post on this thread? Can you eat the grapes?
These are but a few of the questions the residents in the nursing home have asked me, but three of them are dead already, so I just posted the ones from those most likely to live through the night.
Is this MacchuPicchu anywhere near Peru, Illinois? There’s a big Caterpillar Bulldozer plant there…is that where you work?
Kind regards,
Uncle Hoot:
Gladiator are you the guy who made a video hunting with airguns in the Andes for grouse?
Dear Uncle Hoot,
I do not live in Lima, Perú, but in the mountains of MacchuPicchu, Peru, along with my tribe. I am attaching a picture of my hometown.
Every single time I have to answer somebody’s comment on the Forum, I have to make a 1000 km trip to Lima, where I can find qualified translators, who can translate for me, if I pay them with 50kg of cacao beans, and Guinea pigs.
Another issue I have to overcome to answer quicker is my slow means of transportation, which picture I am attaching, and that ends up being a pain in the ass.
My transport wathing for me.
A better picture of my transport.
The air guns are made in Spain, and the rare wood you see is grape tree wood; one of the best ones, from La Rioja region, in Spain. Those grape trees are probably 150 years old, just a bit older than your underwear. LOL!!!!
Fortunately, I have been following this Forum for many years, and I am wide aware of your very good sense of humor, and especially of your many mental illnesses!! LOL LOL LOL
My best regards for you, from Perú, my dear Uncle Hoot!!
Gladiator.
:hoot:
OK…obviously no one else is going to address this subject, perhaps in a misguided sense of political correctness…well I’m not afraid:
Do Lima Beans come from Peru???
Regards,
Uncle Hoot:
PS: I think they did a great job on the stock. For cripe’s sake, look above at the trees they have to work with!!!
