New condor mods ?

My old condor has been modified into a 257. My friend has a newer condor as with the new safety can it be modified into a 257? I seem to remember someone saying the trigger wouldn’t hold back a heavy hammer and spring. Any advise is welcome before he takes the plunge into building up this gun to 257.

I have a new frame. It is a 257 sporting Doug’s valve making 205 fpe . Trust me the new frame is a good platform.

They work. Just don’t have the option to fix the trigger as good. There is a super sear for it but it’s not adjustable like the old super sear.
