New Condor SS Stock
I wanted a better stock for my .25 but I did not want to spend over $200 for a stock, so I decided to make one.
I decided the first try would not be good so I grabbed some okay wood (popular) then went to work. I laid out a stock similar to a bull dog, but in cutting it out I made several mistakes, trying to do it in a hurry and thinking this would be gen1 anyway. After shooting it, this may be the final stock, even though I am not that excited about it. This is because my groups went from 0.79 to 0.39 at 75 yrds using .25 JSB Exact Kings. Toying with continued work on this stock and shaping it some more or building a Gen 2 and working a little more methodical.

Question for the experts.
The bottom rail of the frame rests on the stock for the entire length, trigger area and barrel rail, and the tank floats. I currently only have the forearm screw and the pistol grip screw holding the stock on. Do I need the trigger guard screw or will it be fine the way it is?

coming along quite well!
Using the trigger guard screw might make it hard to install into the stock. Those darned springs keep wanting to spring the plate up. Might work better than the forearm screw though. I will give it a think! 😉
