Q:

New Contest

to come here will be the prize. She needs a little TLC but she works.
I had given it to a friend, but I took it away from him when I saw he was not taking care of it. There was alot of rust and some pitting.

I just need to think up a new idea for a contest.

How about a contest to see how long it will take you to come up with a contest? 😀

So you are saying I should just keep the gun? (in other words)

What to hard for you guys? 😛

The contest sounded just fine to me. LOL.

I can not think of a good contest. I need your help. So if you come up with a good contest for the pellet gun, you will win a tin of pellets. I have .177 .22 and .25.
However you may be excluded from the contest for the pellet gun, because you may have an unfair advantage. So think hard on this one I am looking for something original. No guess a number or saddest/happiest stories kinda boring. You have till the end of the month. Then I will use your idea for the rifle contest. 😀

It finally came though. 🙂

I’ll be calling about the barrel on monday. As long as nothing comes up (and as long as the prices haven’t risen too much since last time I checked) I will be buying it. 😀

And then I’ll be broke again! 😆

Cool beans.

Please do post picts.

re Paypal, ain’t it funny how you can get money from all over the world in a matter of seconds, but takes 3-4 business days to withdraw it from the “company store”

I like Paypal, don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind paying the fees since I get a lot of use out of it and all the info is there for me to use.

Jim

BTW what is your Blaser chambered for? Tell me about your baby. Accuracy is king.

ps: you can pm me for my mailing address LOL

Well right now it’s not chambered in anything. 😆

It was .223, and that is what shot the groups you see in my signature. It was a tack driver. However, out to 500 and 600 yards, the wind killed it, not to mention the .223 has no power at that range. So I got tired of that, and started selling parts.

Now, if my (insert expletive) bank would post the funds I transferred from paypal, I can give a friend a call and have my .300 win mag barrel and parts on the way. 😈 Part of the beauty of the gun is the ability to switch calibers with only an allen wrench. So going from .223 to .300 win mag is only a matter of taking the old barrel off (which I sold) and putting the new one on.

So hopefully in the next few weeks I will get that. You better believe I’ll be posting pictures when I do. 😀

Speaking of bad translations:

Lapua is not “la poo ah” its “lop’wah”
Leupold prefers “loopold” not “lee a pold”
Sako is not “Sayko” it’s “Sock’oh”
Obama is still an idiot, though, can’t change that.

😆 😆 😆

You win!

You get the blaser, just pay shipping and handling. Shipping should only be 40-50 bucks, handling unfortunately will be about $4000. 😆

It’s actually pronounced two ways, and I don’t think anyone knows which is correct. Like you said, and like “blah-zer” It’s about half and half I think. Although most still call it blazer- like the truck. 🙁

That almost sounds like a good deal, Mr-lama. Those rifles are on the “if I ever get rich list” for sure. Not to mention a few of their fouling pieces.

Anyway, I’m off my soapbox.

It’s “blouzer” like a lady’s shirt, a blouse, with a “r” at the end.

How’d I do?

It isn’t pronounced like that though! 😆
