Q:

New cricket today

I just received my .22 cricket today. I love the size and weight compared to my .25 long edgun.

Question for the other cricket owners. I was expecting that when I used the side lever to load a pellet it would advance the magazine, it does not. Is this correct? I have to manually advance the magazine?

Hey Pirate, Didn’t you get out of airguns and into bows and arrows:) Have you handled the Cricket? She’s a beautiful gun.

LOL, that lever system is sooooo Mickey Mouse in such an expensive gun, still can’t belive it 😯 😯 😯

Manual? No manual on new purchase. Would have gladly read it.

Glad it worked… guessed you figured out I meant the leaver on the Right side of the breach…

It should advance the magazine but you have to make sure the little lever on the left side of the breach is in the right position. I did the same thing when I first tried to shoot mine. You pull the lever back (not the cocking lever) to put the magazine in, then you push it forward and then down I think. I don’t have my gun right now to check. Anyway it will index the magazine when you cock the gun.

Thanks. That was exactly what it was.
