New Cricket!
Thanks Dima!
Picked up a .22 Cricket Skeleton stock from Dima on Friday
Here she is…

I put a little scope on it hehe…
4-16×50 w/ 30mm tubes on Leupold low rise rings
I know its overkill but I had it in my safe

First day I used it in the field the butt pad came off. I almost lost it, had to superglue it back on

Instead of ordering a $80 probe whip and having to wait a few days on it. I went to Amazon hose and had them make up a 24in whip and custom make a 1/8″ bspp adapter. Works perfect and only cost $25. But I fill with a 110cuft lowpress scuba tank that I purge fill to 3600psi, so I only get about a 3/4 fill. Even at 3/4 fill I still get 4 clips before needing to recharge.

This gun is AMAZINGLY accurate, even with cheapo Premier hollow points, it holds 1″ groups at 50 yards. Ill sight it in at 100yds when the 15gr jsbs show up.

I went with the low rise Leupold rings, it felt fine to me with the wooden receiver cover digging in perfectly right below my cheek bone.
Lower the better for any gun, and this is actually a little bit higher than I like. The gun the scope came off of was a rem mod 70 ss 24in heavy fluted barrel 338 win mag and even with the big barrel I was able to use ultra low Leupold rings with a scope stand over of only 1.8ish inches. And the scope cleared the barrel by less than .125in. On the cricket I have 2.25in of over bore with a good .3in before it gets close to the baffle which is another .3ish inch away from the barrel.
