Hi to all. I’ve been lurking here reading all I can while waiting for my Edgun R3 22 Long to arrive. Yesterday it came and I’m school girl giddy. Thanks to Tony for getting my acct activated. I posted initial impressions on yellow and will be doing more so here.

ha ha. thanks OG. No, I didn’t get the .25, I got the .22 but, i’m on the list for the .25 standard.

Just got my Edgun today. Shot at paper to zero my scope and immediately noticed that…, of course just my opinion…, it seems that it is much quieter than my fx 500. I’m in awe with my Edgun now!!!
In your opinion, and if you can compare the r3 to other guns, how loud is the the r3? Any info will be helpful.

This is my first PCP but I have shot maurader and Talon SS.I own several pumpers,CO2,and a Benji Trail NP 22. Its every bit as quiet as a 22 Marauder and my CO2 pistols.My Benji trail NP is a cannon compared to the Edgun.
Snapping my fingers is louder than the Edgun Long.And thats with the JSB 18s coming out in the 940s.Im amazed.Stealth shooter for sure.

I will get my Edgun R3 .22 Cal long & R3 .25 long on Monday base on UPS Est delivery….. as weekend I will be down to your area, then we can compare then…… looking forward to that weekend…
