Yeah!! it´s so good idea! BTW… yoy can try ir inside Eddy! hahahaha (and keep in there) 😆 😆 😆

Jetboy, nice job!!

I am not that clever with aluminium, so I made this solution.

It does not damage the original adjuster and there is enough space in the stock.

Robert

Jack,

Thanks for your reply and as said I understand totally. I appreciate yours means of contribution as you say “show and tell” and look forward to future ideas and posts. Enjoy the family while you can.

Kind regards, Mike

Hi Mike,
That was the idea, Yes I agree… lots of smart guys here on this forum, unfortunately I´m not one of them… I take more out of this forum then I can put back in, hence the show & tell, my means of contribution.

I have a mini-lathe that allows me do some of the odd & ends around the house, I mostly eye-ball the measurements to the final cut. So to answer your question, no I don’t make stuff to sale.

I work aboard and only home 3 months out the year, so that just compounds the family quality time needed.

High Jack,
Simple but efficient design. There’s a lot of talent present on this forum unfortunately I’m not one of them. There was no mention on your post as to weather or not they would be made available to others. If there is a chance your interested in making others let me know I would be interested in one. Just let me know how much. If your not interested I fully understand. Having time to tinker I hope we see other great ideas and look forward to future posts.

kind regards, Mike

Thanks Guys,

The holes were intended exactly for that purpose, however not necessary, it easily turns with the fingers.

No copyrights bullshit from me…Ed is welcome to copy, evolve or whatever…it works as the original, just no need to use the pliers.

P.S. Lots of rain, lots of time to tinker…the hardest part was to find a tap & die 10×1

this is very nice, i have a feeling Ed will implement something similar after seeing this 🙂

Very nice! That thing can be a pain in the butt to turn when your hands are cold or sweaty. You could even slide a small allen wrench into one of the holes for leverage. I hope it works as good as it looks.

Jep! great job!
Easy to adjust, easy to lock.

Looking veeery good !!! 😀
