new lathe/mill………let the games begin
well, after waiting 3 months my new lathe finally arrived today. 1350lbs of working machine. Not fun to unload/set up. Still have to clean, put the cabinet together, run coolant, etc. be a couple days before I even think of making chips but here it is.:
Look forward to some valves, breech knobs, and other ideas I’ve had floating around in my head.

I just checked out their website, and I am in complete envy of your new machine. That thing is the real deal! Congrats on the new 3n1!
Its definitely the best 3-in-1 I’ve seen. I’m looking forward to seeing some finished stuff, plus some closeups of the machine itself.
That has to be one of the sexiest lathes that I have ever seen! 😀 😀

It’s the “new” patriot version, new colors and some major upgrades vs. the yellow tri-power machine. one of the most important is all driven shafts now have real Timken bearings, not bushings.

I’ve never seen one in those colours before. How’d you get it off the truck ?
