New look .25 Vulcan

I had to extend the rear of the stock in order to make the adjustable shoulder fit.. in doing so I used wood and wood epoxy… but my patience got the best of me and I didn’t sand it to perfection.. it is noticeable when the light hits but in the end this is still a gun so I don’t care much. Maybe one day when I’m bored I will sand it down and refinish that small area. As for now function is much improved. Much better cheek Weld and eye alignment not to mention a more stable snug grip on my shoulder. From there as you can see I added the side cocking lever witch is slicker than oiled ice..
I’m waiting on an adapter to make the LDC fit. While I was at it I finally got around to changing out the hammer spring and New Hammer I had gotten from evgeny with the slightly beveled Edge to maintain spring alignment. I did notice my caliper showed .055 on old spring wire thickness and .057 on the new spring.. I intend to chronograph to ensure nothing has changed since I had to remove the hammer spring adjustment screw..

All in all I’m happy with the new look and very pleased with the functionality from these upgrades.
