Thanks for all the compliments from all of you. It’s a tack driver! Unfortunately, it’s “resting now”, archery deer season here!

Love that camo pattern , sounds like its a great hunting gun to.

The camo is a wrap from gun skins.com! They don’t make a kit for Air Force guns so you have to buy a “gear” skin kit and cut it yourself. Not too hard to do it you take your time. You need rubbing alcohol, lint free rags, straight edge, heat gun or blow drier and an x-Acto knife with lots of fresh, sharp blades! It took me only a few hours to tear the gun down, wrap it and re-assemble it.
They have many different patterns to choose from! $39.99!

I love the snow camo. Is that paint or a vinyl? Was it had to do?

Thanks for the complement! The trigger shoe is a Crosman unit off of a Custom Shop 2240 that I had. Sold the gun, kept the shoe. I think you can get one from Crosman for about $10.00. It has 2set screws that grip the AF trigger blade perfectly. It’s been on there for years and has never come loose.
Wildfire.

Who made/where did you buy your trigger shoe?
That is a very sweet setup you have.

Kind of looks to be on the wicked side.

Standard Talon with a shroud. Very quiet and ALMOST backyard friendly!

Thanks for your reply.
Is this a Talon or Talon SS?

Thanks for the complement!
Hard to say if the power can be compared. My starting point was a Talon in .25 with an 18″ barrel. I originally wanted a Condor for the increased power but I chose the Talon because of the smaller frame ( I’m not a big guy and like a smaller gun.). Also, when I bought it, I was doing a lot of ground squirrel hunting (in California) and the shorter gun was ideal for “truck sniping”.
I suppose if I were to convert to a 24″ barrel, the power would be close to that of a Condor. With the mods I have done ( hammer weight, high flow valve), it’s basically an 18″ condor.

Awesome looking gun!
Will this gun have the same power and accuracy as a Condor with the same mods? Or is the Condor still more powerful?

Thanks!

Very nice indeed!

Just another one of my “tinkering” projects. I made them from the inserts I removed from my Barnett crossbow. They fit into the stock but you remove them to install a crank cocking device. They are attached to 2pieces of PVC tubing that fits over the rubber sleeve on the tank. You could probably order them from Barnett. The crossbow is a “Penetrator” model.

I like those cheek rests. Where did they come from?

nice…
