New owner’s questions

Just put my Condor together this afternoon, WOW. I think this is going to be my favorite. It did not come with the DVD or owner’s manual, just ordered them from Airforce. Can some one tell me the allen head size for the rings on the Leaper’s scope (4-16×56) and is the top rail 9mm and the side rails 11mm of the trirail? Also the two allen wrenches that were sent with the rifle don’t seem to fit and I don’t want to stip them. If the weather ever gets better here I’ll head outside and shoot it.
