new tank comming
Air Venturi Carbon Fiber Air Tank & Fill Station, 4500 PSI, 90 Cu In, Should work out well with my Great white and my Sheldon compressor ,
Seen some cheaper ones on Ebay but did not really want a 4500 psi tank between my legs with an unknown history,,,,,,
New is better any way,
About 10 days shipping from Pyramyd air, Extra points anyway, LOL.
Its going to put the Vulcan on the back burner for a while.

the numbers off the tank hose that did not fit my probe is H.P06-15
The numbers off the one that did fit my probe is 12fss

I got a two week trip planed up in Taos N. M. area so I need my little tank working perfect….
Its going to be a jeep thing , so I will be in the middle of nowhere , I hope…..
Have to take the 22 as the 25 will not fit the AR 15 type gun case with the condom on it….
And yes I did pack the bear spray…..

I had an o-ring out of place inside the female foster fitting on one new hose. Had to replace it as it got pinched bad but it works now.
Yea there is a gage, its off by about 500 psi high, The hose would not fit my Sheldon compressor or my cricket probe, Funny it looks the same it slides on the probe but does not make a positive fit.
Lucky I had a extra hose and took the ends off it…..

Wow, I did pressure it to 5000 psi,,,
My Sheldon compressor said 4500 psi, but the tank gauge read 5000 psi,
took about 10 or 15 minutes , did not time it, just guessing.

Yea, Get my power sander out and ground the bottom flat, That might work, I guess I will have to pressure it up to 5000 psi to make sure I get it flat, :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

I bought this tank through Pyramyd air,
I bought a scope from them a few years back and it set in the gun case for over a month, When I opened it up it was the wrong scope, Sent it back no questions asked.
Back to the tank.
Its got a round base, can not set it up, have to lay it down on its side.

iride , look at it this way , your new tank is on the positive side of your costs . I spent $85.00 on a leapers’ scope that turned out to be a
piece of garbage because the elevation adjustment would not work and because I wasn’t able to try it out before the 15 days after purchase
return had expired on it so the only enjoyment that I could get out of it was to use it as a target and shoot the shit out of it with my .25 Vulcan .

Well I got my tank
Its smaller then I thought it would be, But it will compliment the great white and the Sheldon compressor well, It just makes me more welling to take the PCP out on the little trips.
Its not free air it cost out the ass but it makes the sport a little more Mobil

Just to let you know how fucked-up FedEx is , When Tony sent my .25 Vulcan to me it was to be received by signature only because
of the cost and value of my gun . FedEx never even rang the door bell , they just left it sitting on the front porch . Good thing that I
was home when they left my Vulcan sitting at the front door in plain sight for anybody to see that I had a package at my front door .

The lady ask how they could find my address on the phone, I said slow the fuck down and look on the house and on the mail box. ALSO LOOK FOR THE IDIOT STANDING OUT SIDE WAVING AT THE TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I never have this problem with UPS or the US mail, I did make a complaint WITH FED EX.
FED EX is a bunch of dumb asses !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fedex uses independant contractors around here .. I called in a complaint about one a few years back, he would leave a note online that said no one was at home when I had in fact been home all day waiting for him . terrible service imo.. never had that problem with ups

Well I have not been 100 % happy with my little Air venturi tank, It only fills my crickets to about 180 bar, The bleed off valve is a total waste of air, It sounds like I have a 30 foot hose as mush air as I loose taking the fitting off the gun,,, I always think what a waste of air,,,
I just did the two washer fix , and that’s when things went wrong when I tried to air the tank up, I popped the blow off valve and striped the screw.
Pissed off I called Joe and ordered the whole top set up for a 4500 PSI carbon tank, Valve gage, Hose and all to replace the stock Venturi stuff,
Its the same set up I have on the great white tank,
Hell I have wasted more money on break barrel guns than this,,,,,
I will get a picture up when I get it in.
