New toy in .308

AR-10 type rifle, DPMS lr.308 pattern, Remington R-25 variety.
20″ lightweight bbl, A3 upper w/FA, vented Al freefloat tube, A2 stock, whole thing camo-dipped in Mossy Oak Treestand (except the bbl and gas block).
Just picked it up last night on the way to work after the CA 10 day hostage period, fortunately my FFL is kind enough to start the DROS efore the items arrive; so 8 of those 10 days were wasted on shipping time anyhow. Gun has a “bullet button” mag release installed by the middleman dealer I bought it from, which is why it’s CA legal.
No pics, it looks just like he pics seen everywhere else.
Trigger sucks big time. Forunately, it takes regular AR15 trigger groups, so there are lots of aftermarket options available.
I also picked up a POF brand stripped lower, which is directly interchangable with the R-25/DPMS lr-308. Allready paying shipping, FFL, and DROS fees, additional rifles are basically free of such charges if bought at the same time.
