Thats a great idea. I take it you have all binding taken care of? Coat the bearing surfaces with teflon, it will stay slick fo-eva.

I ment to ask but forgot. whats teflon?

That’s me!!

Just kidding (well, sort of). Teflon is the same stuff that they use to make your pots and pans non-stick. You can get it in a spray bottle and just give the surfaces that will come into contact with each other a little squirt.

Ah the 1911, the tackdriver of semiauto pistols. I was a big Glock 21 fan (mostly because they fit my large hands so well) until a buddy got a 1911, the Glock shoots like crap! 😯

It preforms like perfection. I used the original nut an bolt from the stock trigger but counter sunk it on both sides so i could titen with out it putting presure on the trigger arm, Allowing it to glide back and forth smoothly. As for the 1911 coment, your correct. the Colt 1911 is my favorouit pistol and i had the trigger in mind wile doing this. Glad you guys like it.

looks pretty bad ass, does it pull back smoothly and is the performance better?

It’s a 1911 AF trigger mod!

Cool take on a trigger shoe, much better in black!

That looks sweet ann very different…I 😀 like it

Looks slick.

tanks guys

Very nice alternative, I enjoy seeing someone during something creative.
Thanks for sharing your idea.

If it is aluminum…Just polish it and be done…A coat of anything might not leave clearance…..Looks nice…..
